EXERCISE
Regular exercise is important for keeping your heart healthy. Exercising three or four times a week for 1 hour is recommended. It is easy to stop exercising when you leave school, but it is worthwhile considering carrying on a sport that you enjoy as it harder to pick it up later on.
Maybe you could take up a new sport. Pick something that you enjoy doing. If you like being with people try a team sport such as football or netball. Ask around to see if there are any local leagues you could join or ask at your local leisure centre for details of their programmes. If you prefer exercising on your own consider joining a gym or maybe doing aerobics, cycling, swimming or running.
